We have six rentable rooms inside the B&B facilities, plus a fully furnished one-bedroom Apartment. Breakfast is not included in the Apartment, as it has its own full kitchen.

Please Note: We may require a two-night minimum on a few weekends during special events.

Amenities in each room include: blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap,
spa oil packets for Jacuzzi tubs, hand lotion, small refrigerator

Inn Policies

Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards accepted.
Check-in is from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Early and late arrivals by special arrangement.
Please call ahead to inform your hosts of special arrival times and any special diet requests.
No facilities for pets.
Age limit is 14 years or older for rooms inside the house; the apartment and cottage are suited for well-behaved children of all ages.
This is a "Smoke Free Environment"... smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Deposit Required
To confirm a reservation, a nonrefundable $25 charge per room booked is required at time of booking and will serve as your deposit. A 50% deposit is required for group bookings and/or bookings of multiple rooms for 4 days or more.

Cancellation Policy
A reservation means the room we have been holding is just for you and is no longer available for anyone else. A 7-day notice is required to cancel a reservation or full amount will be charged. Guests who leave before their scheduled date of departure will be charged full rate.

Group bookings or bookings of multiple rooms for 4 days or more require a 30-day notice to cancel a reservation or full amount will be charged. We will do our best to rebook the room(s) and will refund a portion of the amount paid (the full deposit is forfeited, however). Any cancellations made before the 30 days will forfeit 50% of deposit.
