We understand that travel plays an important role in our lives and that COVID-19 has affected how we make travel decisions. This challenge requires all of us to shift how we do business and live our day-to-day lives. We have made the following adjustments to our standard policies:

All reservations are made via our website and are prepaid at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Friday & Saturday nights must be booked together and holiday or special event weekends may include additional night requirements.
Check-in & Check-out
We stagger our room bookings to allow our guest to have a more relaxing experience. You may check-in to your room any time after 12:00 PM on the date of your arrival and check-out time is at 12:00 PM on the date of your departure.
We understand that life sometimes throws a curve ball and plans can unexpectedly change. We make many preparations for your stay, including purchases and scheduling staff based on your reservation. Last minute cancellations greatly affect us, therefore you must agree to the following cancelation policy at the time of booking:
Reservations may be changed or cancelled 30 days prior to your stay. There is a $25 cancellation fee to cover the transaction cost charged by the credit card processor. If you cancel or change your reservation within 30 days of the reservation date, a refund will not be issued unless we are able to re-book your room. Early departures will be charged for the reserved time period.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. If for any reason you need to cancel, the insurance could cover all non-refundable costs of your trip. AAA and SquareMouth are just two of the companies that offer travel insurance.
If you made your reservation through a third-party website such as Bookings.com, Expedia, HotelTonight, or Airbnb, you are bound by the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their website. The cancellation policies on third-party websites do differ from our standard cancellation policies and range from 50% to 100% loss of your deposit. Any reservations made on third-party websites must be canceled through the third-party website. By booking directly with the Edwin K Bed & Breakfast you are always better protected.
Pet Policy and Service Animals
We do not have facilities for pets and we have a no pet policy at the B&B.
A service animal is an animal which is trained to do a task or service directly related to a disability. Service animals cannot be left unaccompanied in your room. You must maintain direct control of you service animal at all times. You will be charged for any damages caused by your service animal. We do not have restroom facilities for service animals on our property.
Your room rate includes a full breakfast, in-room snacks, complimentary beverages and complimentary internet. Please visit the About section of our website for a full list of amenities.
The Edwin K Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. For the health and safety of our guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on our premises (inside and outside). A minimum $250 cleaning fee is imposed for smoking or vaping inside of the house.
Please remember each room can accommodate a maximum of two individuals. We allow young adults 12 and older as guests at our location (this policy does not apply if the same party is renting all four rooms).
We have limited disability access. All of our rooms are located on the second floor of the B&B. Please call for more information.
When booking your reservation, our guests agree to pay for any damages, theft and extra cleaning charges, should they occur and the credit card on file will be charged.
